What is The Program?
The program is a progression overload training program - on a weekly basis we will repeat familiar moves from the previous week - we will add weights, we will add loads, we will add time and we will add repetitions and/or sets. We have two dedicated strength days, one circuit day, and one day which is more full body core focus on Sundays. Sunday sessions are part of the program, and will follow a format of full body sessions that are just structured somehow differently from the rest of the week with more various bands work (still a weights portion) and some arms, glutes and of course core. We will go heavy during the week, therefore Sundays are a way to compliment the other days. I always encourage every participant to choose challenging weights and don’t give up - push a little more each time. This is where the magic happens.
The Program has been specifically designed to fit into your lifestyle, with members participating from all over the world, you can choose to take each class live or access a recording link to complete each session.
Sessions
Sessions run for 4 weeks:
- Monday, 7:30 AM
- Wednesday, 7:30 AM
- Friday, 7:30 AM
- Sunday, 9:30 AM
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are full-body progression overload training days. Sunday focuses on Arms Glutes and Core with focus on band and bodyweight work (still some dumbells too).
All times are EST, all sessions held via Zoom.
