1-on-1 Training - The training is 100% about you
Training programs are designed on an individual basis to ensure each client reaches their goals safely and on a sustainable basis with the right progression and physical tolerance and growth. It all starts, first and foremost, with understanding what the clients fitness goals and physical needs are. The next step will be an assessment to address functional movement patterns, movement deficiencies, and improvement of postural issues and muscle imbalances, if any. The final step will be tailoring a program that incorporates phases to ensure training is optimal and functional while gaining strength and confidence throughout each session.
Virtual Training
2020 has taught us that things can be done from the comfort of our own space. Just the fact that I am on a screen, does not mean I am not 100% on board with you reaching your goals. The virtual training program gives you access to on-demand content plus a monthly 1:1 consultation with me.
Semi-Private In Person or Virtual Training
Semi-private training combines all the best elements of private training at a lower cost! With small groups, program design will still take place just like private training, and you will get the attention you need to make progress and stay accountable. Plus, you will get to work with individuals who have the same goals as you! This training can be done in-person or virtual.
